See Mai Shiranui flaunt her stuff in Dead or Alive 5: Last Round

Here's a little glimpse of how The King of Fighters' darling kunoichi Mai Shiranui will play in Dead or Alive 5 Ultimate: Arcade and Dead or Alive 5: Last Round. Her familiar moves from her origin game translate smoothly in the DOA engine, and can be performed as they are in KOF. Some of her special moves are also incorporated in her DOA-esque combo strings.

Mai also receives five alternate costumes: cheerleader, nurse, maid, bunny girl and Santa girl. Meanwhile, selected DOA girls will get alternate attires worn by KOF girls Kasumi Todoh, Yuri Sakazaki and Hinako Shijo!

Just when we thought Street Fighter's Gouki crossing over to Tekken 7 is the only blockbuster crossover announcement we'll hear this year, it looks like Koei Tecmo's Team Ninja isn't one to be outdone.

Just this past weekend, they published a teaser video revealing that a new character enters Dead or Alive 5: Last Round, and it's the sultry kunoichi from SNK's The King of Fighters series, Mai Shiranui!

In addition, they also revealed a new stage and a new set of character costumes based on Hajime Isayama's colossal hit manga Shingeki no Kyojin (Attack on Titan)!

Mai is the fifth third-party character that joins the game, following Akira Yuki, Pai Chan, Jacky and Sarah Bryant from Sega's Virtua Fighter. Another guest DLC character, Naotora Ii, comes from another Koei Tecmo game, Sengoku Musou 4 (Samurai Warriors 4).

Koei Tecmo also developed a video game based on Shingeki no Kyojin, released in Japan last February. The English version will be released this coming August.

There are still no official release date for Mai and the SnK costumes and stage.

Musou Orochi 2, otherwise known the West as Warriors Orochi 3, is getting an update. Tecmo Koei and Omega Force is currently working on Musou Orochi 2: Ultimate.

The upcoming game will feature all the characters from the original PS3 game: the warriors of China's Three Kingdoms era and Japan's Warring States period (the full roster of Dynasty Warriors 7 and Samurai Warriors 3), the Warriors Orochi originals and "collaboration characters" Ryu Hayabusa (Ninja Gaiden), Ayane (Dead or Alive), Joan of Arc (Bladestorm: The Hundred Years' War), Nemea (Trinity: Souls of Zill'Oll), and Achilles (Warriors: Legends of Troy).

The roster will also include the additional characters from the game's ported versions Musou Orochi 2 Special (PSP) and Hyper (WiiU): and Rachel and Momiji join Ryu to represent the Ninja Gaiden series, while the Mystic Army will be further strengthened with the joining of onmyouji Abe no Seimei and mystic Shennong.

And joining them are these new characters.
