Warrior was one of the most enduring characters in the history of the WWE, as well as one of the company's most controversial figures. After a long strained relationship with the WWE and Vince McMahon, the company has started re-recognizing his in-ring accomplishments, and it was announced later on that he would be inducted in this year's Hall of Fame. His persona has also appeared in WWE 2K14 as a downloadable Superstar.
He is survived by his wife Dana and their two daughters.

I can't believe it. It all seems so surreal. I guess at least, before he passed on, he was able to bury the hatchet and make peace with Vince and some of the people he had real-life feuds with, such as Hulk Hogan, Jake "The Snake" Roberts and Kevin Nash.
Rest in peace, Warrior. I'll always believe.
